Many kinds of chocolaty things. Truffles. Definitely truffles. With lots of dark cacao powder on the outside.

I made some seaside rock when I was little in school, and to this day I think that was the best 🙂

#3 It's a classic seaside favourite, especially in the UK! Essentially it is just glucose and sugar, boiled, cooled and boiled again I think? It makes a stick like shape and tastes really sweet!
