Do you make vegetable juices?

Do you make your own vegetable juices? If so, what kind? How often?

If not, would you like to try?

I hardly ever make vegetable juices since I cant eat raw carrot and raw apple (yes I know, it's a fruit but it is in many recipes) and since most vegeteble juices have them as a base I don't really know what to put in my juice.

When I do I make a ginger shot or a beetroot juice

I hardly ever drink vegetable juice, but I wouldn’t mind doing it more often. I have never made one myself.

I would love to try to make vegetable juices, especially since produce that hasn't been used and I don't want to waste. I don't have a juicer but I do have a food processor that I will use with cheesecloth to remove the pulp

I used to make juices all the time, that is how I found out I was allergic to beets. I love carrot beet juice but now I have to opt for just carrot juice. Lately, I have been making juice at the end of the week with the veggies and sometimes fruit that are leftover. Sometimes it’s celery and kale juice, or orange and spinach.
