Here it's natchos with a bean stew, cheese and feferonis
#1: No gold star for you. :-)
This is some of what I had. Asian buffet.
#2 yes I was late so it was finished yet
I had tomato soup with brown rice, buckwheat, broccoli and cheddar patties.

Today I'm going for the gold star. The same as yesterday but with a picture
That is a gold star. :-)
Mulligatawny with glutenfree chapatis and some smoked fish in Sour creme
Omelette with a filling of creme Fraiche, smoked fish and red onions
To me it seems you eat very unusual dishes. I don’t even know what all of them are. :-)
#10 for me they are quite common, but I think that my"food upbringing" is quite uncommon so that might not be so
Todays dinner don't have a name yet.
On the bottom is boiled red lentils, crused canned tomatoes, tacokrydda (ready mixed spices for"Swedish tacos", some polenta and onions.
Over that some cheese and crused taco tubs.
After boiling the filling it went into the oven until it got some colour and the cheese had melted.
Todays lunch was some noddles with sauce
Oven roasted root veg, salad (green olives, lentil sprouts and leek), kimichi and sour creme sauce
For lunch there was "creamy green stew" as you can see the name is not for the colour but because it's a only veg stew
Edit and I served it with rice
Pan fried harring with potaoes and sauce
I had pasta with oatly cream, lemon, peas, spinach and lots of parmesean 😊 I was too hungry and forgot to take a photo.
#17 That looked really tasty! Is there a recipe for it on the net?
#20 I doubt that, it's from my school cookbook. But I'm thinking of adding it to the site articles
For breakfast there was american pancakes with matcha syrup, homemade chocolate spread, soft boiled eggs, two kinds of new made bread (with and without gluten) and some bread or pancake toppings.
Special made for fathers day
For lunch it's tomatoe and bean soup with the bread I made this morning
Wow, that fathers day breakfast ”går inte av för hackor” (doesn't break for pickaxes)!
For dinner it's Rice, homemade "sweet and sour"veggie sauce and peanutbutter balls
Beetroot patties, boiled potatoes and tatator
Thai inspired wok with korean inspired omelett, kimichi and nudles
Lentil tacos 😍😋
Thai inspired sauce with rice
Try moving the plate to the left, so the camera doesn't shadow the food next time. 🙂
Baked potatoe, herby tarator, homemade fake sour creme with onions and herbal "butter"
Warm nudle and tofu dish
A wonderfull wonderbag metal. Rice and lentils with saffron and raisins (among other ingredients). Completly vegan too.
Curry that my dougher helped making
Looks like it's made of lentils. Is it?
#37 typ, it's a kind of daahl but I did not follow a recipe
Chicken pot, poataoes and onion jam was for dinner.
The most amazing part is on the picture, the super jummy onion jam
I think I have had red onion jam. I was surprised by how little it reminded of raw union. 🙂
Dahl, chapatis and spiced onion jam (vegan and gluten free)
The spiced onion jam, what is it spiced with?
#42 I dont know the name of them all in English but it's a india inspired mix.
Now im having a bowl of homemade coconut "yoghurt" with cerials
Fallafel with potatoes and tarator
Fish head soup
For lunch it's poke bowl (sushi rice, wasabi peas, raddish both root and leaf, onion leafs, lentil sprout , nori and omelett)
Are wasabi peas as spicy as the wasabi you eat with sushi?
#47 no it's just mashed up green peas with salt and wasabi
