Food that you can cook with one hand?

2018-09-28 10:46 #0 by: Tealover

So, Yesterday I found out that the finger I pinched monday morning was broken. So I can't use the middle finger on my right (dominant) hand at all and the bandage is so big so I cannot really use the thumb and index finger either.

I am the one who cookes at home, mu husband can't cook to save his life and he has no interest either.

He can like chop onions if I ask him but I'm supposed to have this for 3 weeks so there will be times when he can't help.

Any ideas of what I can cook for a family with only one hand?

Oh and it can't contain lactos, raw carrots, raw apples, raw pears, raw stonefruit, nuts, almonds and not too much gluten (no pressure guys Winking)

My right arm was almost completely paralyzed for the better part of a week last year so I can relate, and I am right handed. My food processor was my go to for cutting veggies.
