The other day when we moved the frozen smoked high mountain fish (probably char) thawed. So now we have to eat it as soon as possible so I'll need recipes on smoked fish so that we can get some varyation. Eating it with potatoes like you'd normally would will get tiresome with this much smoked fish.
We have tried it with potatoes, in a stir fry and in a "West african inspired dish" and are now looking for other ways to eat it.
The recipes must work for a family with a 3 yo, a hard training father and a mother (me) who cant eat lactose, high amounts of gluten, almonds, nuts and various kinds of raw food (like carrots and stonefruits).
Does anyone have any ideas? I would hate to throw it away, sure, we got it for free but in a store it's worth is about 70$ or more.
