He makes some really good points, I will always toast my bun now to stop it becoming soggy and I avoid raw onions so I can fully appreciate the taste of the meat!

Those sound like really good tips to me. I have never put egg in my burger or butter on it.

I kind of like raw onions on burgers. But then, I dont think that meat is so great, exept for maybe raindeer.
If the onions are too sharp you can let them sit in cold water, after you sliced it.
