I make broth and take the meat on it (surprisinly much. 252grams of meat on a head thats just under 909 grams) Picture will come tonight

Wow! I never think you buy off-cuts of meat.

I would love to be vegetarian but because I have coeliac disease I find it too difficult to be strictly gluten-free and veggie. I would love it if you shared more recipes and uses for things like salmon heads because I feel using more of the animal seems less wasteful of its death, if that makes sense?
