What to do with strawberries?

Image 1. Click to open in original size.

I bought a bunch of strawberries because they were super cheap. Now I need to do something with them! This morning I had French toast with a bunch of strawberries! So yummy! What is your favorite way to eat strawberries?

With milk and sugar.

If I have a lot of them, I make jam for pancakes and  waffles.

Strawberries and the same weigth to half the weight sugar, a little water Less sugar if you use more Atamon. Cock and read on the bottle of Atamon. When it is ready put the jam in clean jars and put the lid on. The lid should have something to make it shut close, so you can have the jam in a cupboard as long as you want to. Most of the jars you buy are suitable after washing. Laughing

My favourite way to eat strawberries is with cream and watching the tennis at Wimbledon.Winking But when I can't do that I put them with meringue and whipped cream (mixed with icing sugar).

All the best, Leia

Mixed with other fruits for breakfast (mostly banana and pineapple).

Dipped in chocolate.

Or with home made ice cream!

I love strawberries so it feels like I can eat them with almost anything. But I think they are the best directly when picked! (I have my own strawberry patch).

I wouldn't try, but my son told me his wife likes them so. She uses chili on so many foods.
