Bakery Chocolate Chip Muffins

I made these chocolate chip muffins with a twist! Instead of 2 cups of flour that the recipe called for, I used 1 cup flour and 2/3 cup chocolate vegan protein powder!

In the end, each muffin was 350 cal, 15g fat and 10g protein.

They look insane!! Please let me know if you can adapt this to make these gluten-free, I'd hate to miss out on these.

They had a lot of chocolate chips in them, so when they were straight out of the oven it was like there was chocolate sauce in them! ☺️ so good, but even after they cooled they were good because they had a little crunch to them
