‘Instagramable’ Oats
Breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day! Although, the same old bowl of cereals start to run dry and I always end up running into the habit of skipping it. However when breakfast starts to look as good as this I am instantly more inclined to scrape something it! This was simply oats, blueberry purée, raspberries, almond butter and crushed pistachios. Full of flavour, colour and texture. What fun breakfast ideas can you share?

I ran out of what I normally eat for breakfast. So I made some oats even though its not my favorite. I made 1 cup oats with 1/2 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder, half an Apple, scoop of cashew butter, sliced almonds, topped with cinnamon ☺️

The fruit? I just put it on top frozen and eat it as it is. It warms up due to the warm water that I pour in for the oats
