Indian Butter Chicken
Okay, I will be the first to admit that for some reason I just can never get Indian food recipes quite right. But this recipe is amazing! My boyfriend was hesitant that I wanted to try to make an Indian dish but in the end he was impressed and so was I. ☺️ https://cafedelites.com/butter-chicken/ Also, sorry about the photo, it doesn’t do the dish justice. The recipe looks really good did you use cream or did you substitute something for the cream?

I used lactose free heavy cream. I’m sure it can be done with soy cream or even coconut cream but perhaps a mix of the two would work best because the coconut would over power the flavors.
