What to do with overripe bananas?

I have 5 bananas that are turning brown. I don’t like bananas when they get too ripe, thinking about baking something with them. Any ideas?

Mash the bananas, add oats and a little bit cinnemon until a louse dough. Roll into small balls, put them on a buttered oven tray. Flatten them a little and bake them in 175 degrees for 10-15 min. Or chop them and freeze for ice cream. Or use them in "chokladbollar" instead of butter.

I usually make banana pancakes or banana bread.

#3 I also usually make banana bread, but my boyfriend doesn't like banana bread so I am the one that has to eat the whole thing lol.

I've decided to wait until they get a bit more brown before baking with them. Im thinking about doing a small banana bread and those banana oat cookies. Laughing
