I made lemon curd cheesecake for my boyfriend’s birthday. I think it turned out good. I used the recipe from the Philadelphia cheese website and simply added lemon curd to the top after if sat in the freezer over night.
Next time, however, I want to try a New York style cheesecake, which is baked in the oven then set in the fridge and is served cold.
Has anyone here tried to make a New York cheesecake? How did it turn out?
