I always end up watching bananas turn brown before I get to eating them! I am totally guilty 🙋🏻‍♀️ And you know, there are only so many banana breads I can make and eat. So I decided to freeze my brownish bananas to eat with my future morning yogurt bowls and oatmeal. It is super easy to do. I remember I tried freezing banana once before but I didn’t realize you needed to freeze the slices on a tray with baking paper so that they don’t stick together. Last time, I ended up with a huge block of frozen banana that I didn’t know what to do with. Then, place them in a freezer safe bag, pushing the air out, place back in freezer, and that is it!
