Pisco Sour
When I went to Peru in 2012, I discovered Pisco Sours. They are amazing! Pisco is similiar to tequila, but made from Pisco cactus fruit, rather than Agave like most tequilas. I was able to find a bottle sold here in Sweden! My boyfriend is really good at making cocktails and he made it just like the real thing. Its 1 part lime, 1.5 parts pisco, simple syrup, topped with egg white and a dash of cinnamon.

”Topped with eggwhite”. Just like that, nothing done with it?

#2 well its foamed egg white that becomes frothy when shaken in a shaker with ice. Just like an amaretto sour or whiskey sour.
