Dark Swedish Sour Milk Bread with Nuts and Fruit

2020-09-16 06:01 #0 by: Evelina

I made this bread last night. I used a mixture of nuts, seeds and fruits. I used sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, walnuts, almonds, yellow raisins, dried apricot, dried blueberry, and dried fig.

Is it anything like that dark bread you used to like at that restaurant called Mimi’s?
