We had so many egg whites left over from the carbonara we made so I looked up something sweet to make with them. The only thing I found that uses a lot of egg whites and no egg whites was Pavlova.
I think it was okay. Not to my exact liking but my boyfriend loved it. He said it tastes like Budapest bakelse.
The center is whipped cream with raspberry. The outer layer is meringue with hazelnut and almond.
