Making sourdough rye bread for the first time

Im sourdough rye bread for the first time from scratch!

Has anyone else ever done this?

If you have, what is the process that you use?

I really hope it turns out I’m on the third day of making the sourdough starter.

I havent made sourdough with rye, only wheat. I messed up though, so it will likely be a while before I try again. 😀

Is it a fatal (to the dough) mistake or something you can correct?

I have always wanted to make a sourdough rye bread! Let me know how it goes! Because of the culture used in Sourdough bread is it a more healthy choice and when you make it with Rye you are making it an even healthier choice!
